How much sleep do you really need ?

 

There is a philosopher said that if you sleep two hours a day, you live more than ten years. Legend of the great people or hard-working people are less rest groups. Energetic people sleep less. There are two explanations.

One is that they do not need so much sleep, because the brain secrete more nerve hormones, enough to keep people conscious and emotional . So they are creative. Scientists, writers, artists, politicians are often sleepless all the night, and they are not entirely influenced by circadian rhythms. If you accept this explanation, then the people sleep more maybe lazy than those who sleep less . Lack of creativity, but also less passion for life.

The second explanation is that human have great individual specificity.

Medicine divide it into three types.

Long time  :9 to 10 hours everyday.

Moderate time :7 to 8 hours everyday.

Short time : 5 to 6 hours  everyday.

Statistics show that most people are in moderate type. Old people, children, mentally retarded people, nervous defects, idle and lazy people are mostly long  type. They are lack of enough energy, or lack of passion for life. But some funny is that  the people with too much pressure , depression or anxiety is less sleep, but these people do not have the passion.

One of the common features of these people is the nervous excitement, a person’s passion for life will transfer to the body’s attention .He lost his sleep while also lost his life creativity. If the excitement is betting on the outside world, his illness  will be  improved.

In fact, complaining about is often sleep too much. Do not worry about how many hours you sleep, to see yourself in bed tossing and turning.  To know the body does not want to rest.  Lie in bed to waste life. Our understanding will not change the need of physical sleep .

Sometimes the idea of health happens to be an unhealthy killer. Many people do not need so much rest time,  but the idea told him how long , finally take a lot of time to wait. The heart of the depressed from Needless to say. Emotional interference will reduce the quality . If you add a doctor’s fuel, you will think that have to treate insomnia by medication .Psychology firmly believe that after suffering from insomnia, uncomfortable, many dizziness is self-implied out. Assume that you only need 5 hours , then you go to bed for 6 hours, you will feel full of energy. If you need 8 hours , you just rest 6 hours, you will feel dull.

How much sleep do you really need ?

It will be up to your body condition not standard time .

I am always about 5-6 hours every day and i get up at 5:30 am to do some exercise . I am full  of energy every day .

Standard time is just a suggestion ,but not for everyone .  Sleep quality is much more important .
